CAMPS
Lărguța Camp, the 20th edition
Lărguța Camp is a special event. Year after year, we come together to build and strengthen friendships and to do good together in our community. We have been able to make a difference where it is most needed, helping children, families and local initiatives.
Throughout the 20 editions of the Lărguța Camp, hundreds of young people got involved and dozens of families and hundreds of children benefited from help in various forms.
*Project realized with the help of friends from Friends of Lărguța, Liechtensteinisches Gymnasium, Vaduz and the Jesuits from Romania
In the camp held in 2024:
- Through the participation of more than 40 volunteers from Romania, Liechtenstein and Italy, we provided real and solid help in our community.
- We re-roofed from scratch the house of a single-parent family in Nicolae Bălcescu
- We connected the same house to the sewage system.
- We built the foundations of three greenhouses in the YANA garden.
- We organized summer school for the children from the Lărguța village.
- We painted and refreshed the primary school in Lărguța.
- We painted and refreshed our Daycare center for children, Heidi House in Valea Seacă.
